Absolutely not. All cats are kept completely separate from any felines they are not bonded with. This is to ensure your fur baby’s emotional and physical wellbeing. Interactions with unfamiliar cats can be extremely stressful, may trigger territorial behaviour and can lead to conflict. Your cat’s room is exclusively theirs for the entire duration of their stay.

No. All cats in our care, whether guests or our own resident cats, are strictly kept indoors at all times. This approach keeps all kitties safe and calm, and prevents stress or escape risks.

Yes, we welcome both indoor and outdoor cats. However, all cats will remain indoors during their stay at The Furr Seasons.
If your cat is normally allowed outside, please let us know. This helps us monitor their stress levels, comfort and behaviour more closely during their adjustment to being indoors.

All drop offs and pick ups must be booked in before the start your stay.
However our opening hours are as follows:
Saturdays 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 9am-12pm
Monday-Friday 5pm - 9pm
*Corey and I both work full time and it is important to us that our passion project does not impede on our careers, which is why we are open in the evenings during the week.
That being said, we both work from home and so we can be flexible with prior notice.

Yes. We require all owners to bring enough food and litter to last the entirety of their cat’s stay.
We also strongly recommend avoiding any changes to your cat’s usual food or litter in the weeks leading up to their visit, as abrupt changes can cause stress, digestive upset or behavioural issues.

No. Your fur babies will be cared for exclusively by Corey and myself. If we are away, we block out our calendar and do not accept bookings. This ensures every guest receives consistent, loving and attentive care.

Yes… absolutely, and we do not charge extra for this service.
One of the biggest concerns we had when researching traditional catteries was the additional fees often charged for administering medication or providing extra care beyond basic needs.
Here, medication, love, playtime, and attentive individual care are included as standard. We have experience administering medications safely and correctly.

The Furr Seasons is a boutique in-home cat hotel. When you book with us, your cat or bonded cats receives their own private bedroom inside our home, fully furnished with:
cosy beds or couches
cat trees and scratchers
toys, hammocks, and enrichment
private litter setups
This is not a shed or a building with rows of small cages. Your cat will not see, smell or hear dozens of other cats…. because we only host up to three rooms at a time. This allows us to provide personalised attention and a calm, low-stress environment.

No. Your booked room is exclusively reserved for your cat(s). No other guests will enter that space at any time.

Unfortunately, no. Our boutique hotel is designed specifically and exclusively for feline guests.

As much as we adore dogs, we do not accept them into our hotel.

We do consider well-behaved, litter-trained indoor rabbits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your bunny’s needs.

While we’re very fortunate that our day jobs give us the flexibility to run The Furr Seasons, we still need to ensure it does not interfere with our primary employment.
To manage this balance, we do not publicly list a phone number. However, we are more than happy to call you. Simply send us a message requesting a callback and we will phone you before or after work, during a lunch break or on weekends.

Cancelations with more than 14 days notice before check-in can choose between:
90% cash refund or
100% credit for future bookings
Cancelations with less than 14 days notice before check-in can choose between:
25% cash refund or
50% credit for future bookings
Cancelations with less than 48 hour notice are non-refundable.

Full payment is required within 7 days of making your booking. Your room will be held during this period.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be released to the next person on the waiting list.
